BLOOMFIELD HILLS - A new, local start-up company has already signed up 100 customers for its Web-based applications.
Automotive retail software and services provider NeoSynergy Inc., which was organized in November through a merger of two existing software companies, said this week that it has signed the 100th dealer to use the firm's Best Deals Web-based advertising application - only one month after the software became available.
"Car dealers love Best Deals because it fills an unmet need," said NeoSynergy Chief Executive Officer and President David Wassmann.
"Best Deals is the easiest and most cost- effective way for them to promote their sales specials with millions of online shoppers in real time. Within minutes, they can position and advertise their new car specials locally, regionally and nationally," he said.
Wassmann told The Oakland Press recently that NeoSynergy's fast start indicates a competitive market for first-rate software and Internet applications being developed now in Southeast Michigan.
NeoSynergy also announced it has entered into strategic partnerships with several firms to effectively deploy the eCommerce and dealer management applications in dealerships and facilitate communications with consumers. Minneapolis-based Outsell LLC is providing NeoSynergy with live Internet chat services that enable a consumer to ask questions and secure additional information on new Buy Direct offers after hours, when many people shop online.
Available this spring, NeoSynergy's Buy Direct application will enable consumers to place a down payment and/or manage the vehicle transaction online with the dealer.
Based in Bloomfield Hills, NeoSynergy offers Web-based enterprise automotive retail management, advertising and e-commerce software and services to the automotive industry.
NeoSynergy's products enable manufacturers, service providers, dealers and consumers to be linked in real time via the Internet to seamlessly conduct vehicle, parts and service transactions.
