Modern Technology – NeoSynergy LLC was founded in 2002 by several entrepreneurs, including auto dealers, who recognized the need for 21st century software to manage modern auto retail businesses.  NeoSynergy LLC created Darwin XE, a Web-based software program, designed to handle real-time inventory and transaction data.

Online Advertising Expertise – Motor Alley LLC, formed in 2004, developed a Web-based proprietary lead processing engine that more efficiently places consumer leads with local car dealers.  Motoralley.com was the first new vehicle shopping website to collect and summarize new vehicle reviews and the lowest dealer-advertised new vehicle specials.

Unique Software Tools – In 2007, NeoSynergy LLC merged with Motor Alley LLC and formed NeoSynergy, Inc.
